In May 2020, 33-year-old Nathan Adcock was fatally shot in Pleasantville, New Jersey. Officers responding to reports of gunfire on the 100 block of North First Street found Adcock wounded; he was later pronounced dead at a local hospital. A vigil was held in his memory.
