In November 2019, Quanyaves “Quan” Lindsay, a 41-year-old resident of Egg Harbor City, New Jersey, was reported missing after leaving his home to visit a friend in Woodbine. His wife reported him missing the following day. On January 11, 2020, his remains were discovered in a creek near Spring Garden Road in Maurice River Township, Cumberland County.

Subsequently, authorities intensified efforts to locate Lindsay’s distinctive 2015 green Dodge Challenger “Hellcat.” In February 2020, New Jersey State Police successfully recovered the vehicle from the Manumuskin River. The exact timing and proximity of the car’s recovery to the site where Lindsay’s body was found were not disclosed.

This development marked a significant step in the investigation into Lindsay’s death, as authorities continue to piece together the circumstances surrounding the incident.
