A former Stockton University student is confronting serious allegations of sexual misconduct involving multiple female students. The incidents, reportedly occurring between 2014 and 2017, involve claims of drugging and assaulting students both on and off-campus.
The accused, identified as Zachary Madle, a 2015 graduate, is alleged to have used his affiliation with the now-unrecognized Pi Kappa Phi fraternity to exploit female students. Lawsuits filed by the victims detail incidents where they were allegedly assaulted after consuming beverages that were possibly tampered with. One such case involves a victim who claims to have been assaulted in her dormitory and later found explicit videos of the incident shared on social media platforms.
In response to these allegations, Stockton University has stated that it is fully cooperating with law enforcement agencies. The university emphasizes its commitment to providing a secure environment for all students and has referred all related matters to the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office for further investigation.
These developments have intensified scrutiny over the university’s handling of sexual assault allegations and have sparked broader discussions about campus safety and the responsibilities of educational institutions in preventing such incidents.
Please note that legal proceedings are ongoing, and the accused has not been convicted of any crimes related to these allegations.
